Tracey is phenomenal!!! She got my team completely out of their shells and got the team laughing their way through a tough time. We are a networking team and it can be tough at times - so it was great to see them all just releasing loads of stress and just enjoying the moment as little kids would. Very good very good....... It was such a joy to participate in Tracey's laughter session. She is warm and her encouraging energy created truly comfortable and fun atmosphere. The team was surprised at how quickly the laughter became genuine an infections. The team left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with a smile that lasted long after the session ended. We had the pleasure of having Tracey and her team coach our elderlies on Mother’s day 2025-05-11 with a Laughter Session. Very sceptic about this, BUT was we surprised. It was enjoyed by every elderly person at Weskusplek. All patients were interactive, Dementia, Parkinson’s and paraplegic. Wheelchair bounded also could participate and enjoy the day. Family members entering the premises told me they could hear them laugh and enjoy the session from our gate entering. Her sessions are not only to laugh but to encourage movement of hands, arms, head and legs if possible. I would recommend her to any facility for a session well done. Thank you for your unconditional love for the elderly and devoting your time to spend with our patients.
